Mark Bittman's pancake tips are really good. He's pretty much my pancake guru. Although I don't bother with beaten egg whites when using whole grain flour. Just add grated apple & mashed banana and black sesame seeds.
so this is what you get up to when I am away, looking at pictures of girls in bikinis and pancakes...hmmmm
